1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the bg252 website and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access the Platform in any manner.

bg252 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bg252 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming and betting features on bg252, you must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in your account being restricted until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bg252 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify bg252 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bg252 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bg252 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players based in Bangladesh. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bg252 is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by bg252 by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bg252 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any time, including during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or are subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise tamper with the Platform, its software, or its servers.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bg252 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, software code, and audio-visual materials, is the property of bg252 or its content and game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such materials beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bg252 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• These Terms or any other bg252 policy has been violated.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false information at any stage.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the account holder.
• The account holder has been identified as an underage player.
• Ongoing KYC verification requirements have not been met within a reasonable time.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder or a third party with a valid legal basis.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
